Requirements:
- A minimum BS degree in Accounting
- Be able to understand C language programming code and advice of enhancements
- Be able to speak with clients and advice them what is expected of the ERP software on their specific situations (support).
- Be able to speak, write and communicate in Mandarin for our multi-national customers which are about 90% of them.
- Take care of in-house accounting needs and procedures.
- Financial modules, Purchase Orders, Sales Order and Logistics using MFG/PRO software.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of bank card and other types of transactions data.
- Provide technical support to remote users in the financial module (MFG/PRO)
- Write small queries to match against Customer’s statements
- Analysis of chart of accounts and balances.
Experience Include:
- Experience in the financial data analysis
- Proficiency in the use of MFG/PRO
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting.
40 hours per week, flexible to work to accommodate clients in other time zones.
1 week paid vacation on first year and two weeks for other years.
